I am not a big egg-eater, but thanks for the information.

I really like eggs now (didn't like them at all as a child). This makes me feel better about eating them! After all the hype about them being bad because of cholesterol levels in the yolk, it's good to see some positive facts about them.

Although i do not eat eggs but i can tell others the benefits of eggs


Eggs make a great diet. I eat one daily.

But, people say egg yolks can make you fat and only whites should be taken. Can you say a little more about the negatives of egg yolks?..please.
